Telecaller (Sales, Marketing & Recruitment) Job Description

We at SMART Training Resources India Private Limited are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to support our Sales, Marketing, and Recruitment functions. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential customers and job seekers, generating leads, promoting the company's services, coordinating recruitment activities, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Telecaller Responsibilities

· Making outbound calls to potential customers and job seekers.

· Handling inbound calls and responding to queries related to products, services, training programs, and job opportunities.

· Promoting the company's services and supporting marketing campaigns.

· Generating and following up on sales and recruitment leads.

· Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

· Maintaining call logs, lead databases, and recruitment records in MS Excel.

· Coordinating with the Sales,



Marketing, and HR teams to ensure smooth execution of daily activities.

· Building and maintaining a strong network of prospects and candidates.

· Achieving assigned calling, lead generation, and conversion targets.

· Preparing daily and weekly activity reports.

Skills Required :

1. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Good persuasion and negotiation abilities.

3. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

4. Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

5. Ability to multitask across sales, marketing, and recruitment activities.

6. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Significant:

Must own a laptop

• Should be based in or willing to relocate to the assigned college campus

• Should be comfortable coordinating with trainers, students, and college officials on a daily basis

Language Requirement:

Fluency in English and at least one regional language – Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, or Hindi preferred
