Job Title: Real Estate Investment Analyst (US Real Estate)

About the Company

This position is exclusively assigned to support PeakView Capital, a US-based real estate investment firm specializing in acquiring and managing value-add real estate investments.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Real Estate Investment Analyst to support the acquisitions team. You will be responsible for sourcing investment opportunities, performing financial underwriting, assisting with due diligence, and maintaining the acquisitions pipeline from sourcing through closing.

This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in commercial real estate, investment analysis, and financial modeling while working closely with a US-based investment firm.

Key Responsibilities

Deal Sourcing & Market Research

- Research and identify potential acquisition opportunities.
- Build and maintain targeted databases of property owners, brokers, lenders, and sellers.
- Monitor investment platforms such as LoopNet, Crexi, broker listings, and other market sources.
- Support outbound outreach and follow-up communications.
- Maintain an organized CRM and acquisition database.

Financial Analysis & Underwriting

- Build and maintain Excel-based financial underwriting models.
- Analyze rent rolls, operating statements (T-12), comparable sales, financing assumptions, and capital improvement budgets.
- Perform investment scenario analysis and sensitivity testing.




- Calculate acquisition metrics including IRR, Equity Multiple, Cash-on-Cash Return, Cap Rate, and DSCR.
- Prepare concise investment summaries and acquisition recommendation reports.
- Support pricing analysis and Letter of Intent (LOI) preparation.

Due Diligence

- Prepare due diligence checklists and document request lists.
- Organize transaction files using structured cloud storage systems.
- Review financial statements, rent rolls, franchise PIPs (where applicable), bids, quotations, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate information requests with brokers, sellers, lenders, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
- Track outstanding due diligence items through closing.

Pipeline Management & Reporting

- Maintain and update the acquisitions pipeline on a daily basis.
- Prepare weekly reports covering:
- Deals reviewed
- Active underwriting
- LOIs submitted
- Follow-up status
- Pipeline bottlenecks
- Assist in developing and improving internal processes, templates, and SOPs.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.




- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Interest or prior experience in commercial real estate or investment analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in commercial real estate, hospitality, multifamily, or value-add investments.
- Familiarity with CoStar, Reonomy, PropertyShark, LoopNet, Crexi, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of commercial lending concepts including LTV, DSCR, interest-only loans, amortization, and capitalization rates.
- Experience with CRM and workflow platforms such as Airtable, ClickUp, HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
