Roles & Responsibilites:
- Lead and manage the Outreach vertical under CRCS with a focus on expanding corporate engagement and placement opportunities for UG and PG students.
- Design and implement outreach strategies to onboard current recruiters, industry partners, and organizations for internships and final placements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, HR leaders, talent acquisition teams, startups, MSMEs, and industry bodies
- Identify and map industry sectors, job roles, and hiring trends to align outreach efforts with student skill profiles and academic programs.
- Coordinate with Corporate Relations, Client Discovery, and Operations verticals to ensure seamless recruiter engagement and placement execution.
- Support planning and execution of campus placement drives, pre-placement talks, recruiter visits, and hiring events.
- Represent the University in corporate meetings, industry forums, placement conclaves, job fairs, and professional networking events.
- Maintain a robust corporate outreach database, including contacts, engagement history, and placement outcomes.
- Track outreach performance metrics, including recruiter onboarding, job opportunities created,
offers received, and sector-wise placement data.
- Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the University's visibility and credibility among recruiters.
- Collaborate with academic departments and skilling teams to communicate student capabilities, curriculum strengths, and training outcomes to industry.
- Prepare outreach MIS reports, dashboards, and periodic performance reviews for submission to the Director – CRCS.
- Ensure adherence to institutional policies, ethical standards, and data confidentiality in all outreach activities.
Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate outreach, placements, business development, or industry relations, preferably in higher education or talent-focused organizations.
- Strong industry networking, relationship management, negotiation, communication, and data analysis skills. Ability to drive results through strategic outreach initiatives is essential.
