Role Description The Inside Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position located in Haveli. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outbound calls and follow-ups, and nurturing prospects through the sales cycle. The Inside Sales Executive will present solutions, prepare proposals, and collaborate with the sales and technical teams to address customer needs. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, responding to customer inquiries,



and supporting revenue growth through proactive engagement. The role also requires building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients and contributing to sales targets.
Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability in Inside Sales and Sales, with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing a sales pipeline.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a customer-centric and professional approach.
- Basic understanding of IT solutions or technology products; ability to learn and explain technical offerings clearly.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office applications.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in B2B inside sales or IT services sales is preferred.
