In this position, we are seeking highly responsible and accountable Application Support Engineers (1-3 years experience) to support and maintain deployed robotics and warehouse automation systems in production environments. Join our growing team in Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues
- Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes and improve system performance

What We're Looking For:

- 1-3 years of experience in Application Support or related roles
- Basic understanding of MongoDB/SQL, React/Node.js, C++/Python
- Robust problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
