We are looking for an experienced Manager – Treasury, Insurance & P2P to manage treasury, banking, insurance and end-to-end P2P operations while driving automation, controls and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage banking relationships, treasury, liquidity and cash flow planning.
- Handle FX exposure, hedging and working capital management.
- Manage corporate insurance policies, renewals and claims.
- Lead end-to-end P2P operations including vendor onboarding, PO, invoices, payments and reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, schedules, reconciliations and audit readiness.
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS, IFC/SOX and internal controls.
- Drive SAP/ERP, automation, OCR/RPA and finance digitisation initiatives.
- Lead, mentor and develop a 13–15 member team.
- Manage stakeholders across Finance,



Procurement, Business, Vendors and Auditors.

Candidate Profile

- CA mandatory
- 10–12 years of relevant experience in Treasury, Finance Operations, P2P and/or O2C.
- Experience managing 10+ member teams.
- Strong exposure to SAP/ERP and finance transformation.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
