A Fortune 200 global organisation is standing up its Global Capability Centre in India and has partnered with Flexiple to hire its founding delivery team. This is a ground-floor seat at a company investing seriously in India, where you will set how projects get run from day one. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will own delivery end to end, turning goals into clear plans, keeping cross-functional teams aligned, and giving leadership an honest view of progress and risk.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Delivery

- Own project scope, timelines, and budgets from kickoff to close
- Build and maintain plans, milestones, and clear delivery roadmaps
- Coordinate engineering, operations, and business teams to keep work on track

Risk & Reporting





- Identify risks and dependencies early and drive practical mitigation
- Report status, blockers, and decisions clearly to stakeholders and leadership

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 3 to 7 years managing projects across cross-functional teams
- Robust planning, prioritisation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Comfort with project tools such as Jira, Asana, or MS Project
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

- PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project-management certification
- Exposure to a GCC, shared-services, or large multinational environment
- Experience standing up delivery processes in a new team
