About the role

Mosha Health is a health-tech startup focused on helping people reverse chronic gut health conditions such as IBS, GERD, constipation, bloating and gastritis through a holistic approach combining nutrition, lifestyle interventions & Health supplements.

We are currently scaling our business and actively engaging with investors and venture capital funds.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Investor Relation & Strategy Analyst to work directly with the Founder on fundraising, financial analysis and strategic projects.

This role is ideal for someone interested in startups, venture capital, private equity, investment banking or entrepreneurship and wants hands-on exposure to an early-stage startup fundraising process.

Key ResponsibilitiesFundraising & Investor Outreach

- Build and maintain databases of Venture Capital funds, angel investors, family offices and strategic investors
- Research investor theses, investment criteria and portfolio companies
- Identify relevant investor contacts and decision makers
- Track fundraising conversations and maintain CRM/investor pipeline
- Draft and send investor outreach emails
- Schedule investor meetings and manage follow-ups
- Prepare meeting briefs and fundraising materials

Financial Analysis

- Assist with financial models and projections
- Analyze company P&L;, Balance Sheet and cash flow statements
- Support fundraising data requests and due diligence preparation




- Maintain fundraising trackers and reporting dashboards

Strategy & Special Projects

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Research potential partnerships and business opportunities
- Support the Founder on strategic initiatives as required - including new vendor relationships, optimising shipping/ logisitcs and growth related and marketing initiatives

Requirements

- Solid Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Comfortable working with financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Excellent internet research skills
- Strong written communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Interest in startups, venture capital, private equity or entrepreneurship

Preferred Background

- MBA students
- CA / CFA candidates
- Commerce, Economics, Finance or Engineering graduates - B. tech, BBA, B.com (hons)
- Prior internship experience in VC, PE, IB, consulting or startups is a plus
