Role Description The Interior Project Coordinator at HealthSy Pharmacy is a full time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. The coordinator oversees interior design and layout projects for pharmacy spaces, ensuring they are functional, customer-friendly, and aligned with brand standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with designers, contractors, and vendors, managing project timelines and budgets, and supervising site work to ensure adherence to safety and quality guidelines. The role involves preparing project documentation, tracking progress, resolving on-site issues, and supporting store teams during layout changes or refurbishments. The Interior Project Coordinator also contributes ideas to improve space utilization,



signage, and customer flow in line with HealthSy Pharmacy's commitment to accessible, convenient care.
Qualifications

- Experience in interior coordination or project management for retail, healthcare, or commercial spaces, with strong skills in planning, organizing, and multi-tasking.
- Knowledge of basic interior design principles, space planning, and materials, and the ability to read and interpret drawings and layouts.
- Proficiency in using standard office and project tools (e.g., MS Office, project tracking software); familiarity with design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is an advantage.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with designers, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on safety, quality, and customer-centric design.
- Ability to work on-site, manage field visits, and supervise implementation work in Coimbatore and nearby locations as needed.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Prior experience in pharmacy, healthcare, or retail fit-outs is a plus.
