Key Responsibilities

● Model & Pipeline Development: Assist in developing components of end-to-end DS and AI solutions, focusing on foundational ML models, Generative AI APIs, and data pipelines.

● MVP Support: Support the deployment and scaling of AI solutions from MVP stages to production within Snowflake's ecosystem.

● LLM & RAG Support: Participate in building, prompt engineering, and testing LLM applications for domain-specific tasks.



Help implement standard RAG setups based on use-case requirements.

● Agentic Framework Assistance: Help implement and test components of multi-tool Agentic AI frameworks.

● Metrics Tracking: Assist in tracking post-deployment metrics like system health and model outputs using tools such as Ragas, TruLens, or LangSmith.

● Pillar Maintenance: Help troubleshoot AI models with a focus on core metrics: maintaining output Accuracy, keeping Snowflake Credit Consumption low, minimizing Latency, and improving overall UX.

● Snowflake AI Utilization: Utilize Snowflake-specific features (such as standard Cortex AI functions, Document AI, and Snowpark ML) to run model inferences and build structured data pipelines.

Required Technical Skills

● Core AI/DS: Solid foundation in Python, SQL, and familiarity with deep learning frameworks.

● Generative AI: Experience utilizing LLM APIs, basic prompt engineering, and querying vector databases.

● Agentic Frameworks: Exposure to or willingness to learn frameworks like LangChain, Cortex agents, or LlamaIndex.

● Cloud & Snowflake: Have experience/understanding of Snowflake and are willing to upskill and work extensively in snowflake

● MLOps: Basic understanding of model deployment pipelines, system monitoring, and compute cost awareness.
