Client Delivery Associate

Work Location: Bangalore, India

We are looking for someone who can own the client relationship end-to-end and build the kind of trust that turns a single engagement into a long-term partnership. You'll craft compelling, research-backed proposals grounded in real understanding of the client's strategic and leadership challenges, and handle consistent value delivery and relationship depth, not feature-pitching.

1. Client Relationship & Business Development

● Own client relationships as a trusted advisor, understanding organizational context, leadership challenges, and strategic priorities deeply to shape solutions, not just respond to briefs.

● Build long-term partnerships by consistently delivering value and demonstrating impact, using relationship equity as the primary lever for repeat and expanded business.

● Act as a primary point of contact for clients across the engagement lifecycle.

2. Proposal Strategy & Development

● Lead the creation of customized, contextual proposals, grounded in strong research into client industry, culture, and leadership landscape that align with client outcomes.

● Build compelling, creative, and intuitive proposals in partnership with internal content and research team, with a focus on client challenges and development themes.

● Shape proposal narratives around client value and outcomes rather than service features.

● Own the proposal process end-to-end from creation, review, iteration, and presentation, within agreed timelines and Unbox brand standards.

3. Project Oversight & Delivery





● Partner with the PMO to ensure programs are planned and executed to meet client expectations.

● Coordinate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure smooth execution.

● Monitor delivery, proactively surfacing and resolving issues with PMO and cross-functions.

● Keep clients informed with clear execution plans and timely follow-through on all client-side inputs and approvals.

4. Innovation & Market Insight

● Bring emerging trends in leadership development and strategic transformation into proposal thinking and client conversations.

● Translate client feedback into insight that sharpens Unbox's offerings and positioning.

Requirements

● 2+ years in a client-facing consulting or business development role.

● Strong research skills with the ability to build credible presentations with a point of view on a client's industry, leadership context, and strategic challenges.

● Robust & confident presence and the judgment to operate as a trusted advisor with senior client stakeholders.

● A track record of growing accounts through relationship and value delivery, not transactional selling.

● Comfort with ambiguity, a genuinely fast-paced environment and creative approach to proposal narrative and design.
