Job Description

As a Senior Specialist, you will lead the QA efforts for our AI Agents application, ensuring its seamless integration with SAP systems. Your expertise in testing frameworks and large language models will be pivotal in maintaining the application's functionality and performance. Experience with automation tools like Playwright is highly desirable, as it will contribute to efficient and comprehensive testing processes.

Responsibilities

- Test and validate the AI Agents application, ensuring its compatibility and performance with SAP systems.
- Utilize testing frameworks and methodologies to design and execute robust test plans.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to identify and resolve issues, ensuring a smooth development process.
- Automate test cases and scripts to enhance efficiency and coverage, reducing manual effort.
- Create detailed test documentation, including plans, cases, and reports, for effective knowledge sharing.
- Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide actionable feedback to the development team for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and testing technologies, proposing innovative solutions for enhanced QA.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in AI testing, maintaining the application's integrity.
- Mentor and guide junior QA team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Qualifications

- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in QA testing, with a focus on AI applications, is essential.
- Strong knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies, with the ability to design and execute comprehensive test plans.
- Familiarity with large language models and their applications is a must, ensuring a solid understanding of AI technologies.
- Experience with automation tools, particularly Playwright, is highly advantageous for efficient testing.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,



enabling the identification and resolution of complex issues.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills, fostering effective teamwork and knowledge sharing.
- A proactive and self-driven approach to work, embracing continuous learning and improvement.
- Experience with SAP systems is a plus, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the application's integration.
