Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Trainee to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GST, TDS, and foreign payments, along with strong Excel skills and the ability to work with large data sets. Effective communication skills in English and Hindi are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle GST filings, reconciliation, and compliance activities and at least 1 year in taxation
- Prepare TDS calculations, deductions, returns, and related documentation
- Handle processes related to foreign remittances and cross-border payments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Work extensively on Excel to analyze, consolidate, and report financial data
- Maintain and update financial records and documentation
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and provide necessary support
- Assist in internal and statutory audits
- Prepare and present reports, summaries, and reconciliations as required




- Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and regulatory bodies

Qualifications and Skills:

- Pursuing CA, ICWA, or other professional finance qualification – completion of IPCC or equivalent is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CA Industrial Trainee is an added advantage.
- Prior internship or training experience in finance/taxation is an advantage
- Solid knowledge and working experience with GST, TDS, Zoho Books and foreign payments,
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel – including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and large data set handling
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills – fluency in English and Hindi (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities
