About the Role

NIAD Group is actively expanding its team in Bihar and looking for a dynamic, results-driven Field Recruiter based in Patna. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding ground-level workforce—primarily Field Sales Executives (FSEs)—across Patna and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

- On-Ground Sourcing & Headhunting: Conduct local recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and field-sourcing activities across Patna to identify potential Field Sales Executives (FSEs).
- Candidate Screening & Assessment: Evaluate candidates based on qualification (10th/Graduate), communication skills, local market understanding, and readiness for field sales roles.
- Pipeline & Pool Management: Build a continuous talent pipeline of freshers and experienced candidates for bulk hiring needs.
- Onboarding Support: Guide selected candidates through the onboarding documentation, application setup, and initial orientation.
- Stakeholder Coordination:



Work closely with the regional operations and sales leads to understand manpower demands and fulfill target hiring timelines.
- Reporting & Feedback: Maintain daily hiring reports, track source performance, and provide local market insights to leadership.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: Graduate or Higher Secondary (10+2) with relevant experience.
- Experience: Freshers with robust interpersonal skills or candidates with 0–3 years of experience in field recruitment, bulk hiring, or field sales support.
- Geography Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Patna and surrounding Bihar markets/districts.
- Mobility & Tools:
- Own a two-wheeler with a valid Driving License (preferred for field visits).
- A smartphone with basic knowledge of mobile applications and tools.
- Skills: Excellent local language communication, negotiation skills, persuasive talent, and a proactive mindset.
