Role Description The Notetaker is a full-time, on-site role based at the Clay by Lingaraj showroom in Bhubaneswar. This role involves attending client meetings, showroom consultations, and internal discussions to accurately record key points, decisions, and action items. The Notetaker will organize notes into clear, structured documents and share them with the relevant team members in a timely manner. Daily responsibilities include maintaining detailed records of customer requirements,



updating project and order documentation, and ensuring information is properly filed and accessible. The role also supports the team by preparing summaries, checklists, and follow-up reports that help maintain smooth communication and efficient workflow.
Qualifications

- Strong written communication skills and the ability to summarize discussions clearly and accurately.
- Attention to detail, active listening skills, and the ability to capture key information during fast-paced meetings.
- Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with word processing tools and digital documentation.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple meetings, notes, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Skilled demeanor, reliability, and the ability to work collaboratively with showroom staff and management.
- Comfort interacting with customers and staff in an on-site showroom environment; prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Completion of secondary education; additional training or coursework in administration, communication, or related fields is preferred.
