Job Overview

The Monarch Enterprises is looking for a creative and talented Interior Designer | 3D Visualizer with experience in Retail, Commercial, and Corporate Interior Projects. The ideal candidate should have expertise in interior design, space planning, and high-quality 3D visualization. You will be responsible for transforming client requirements into creative designs and realistic 3D presentations while coordinating with production and execution teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative interior design concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare space planning, layout plans, and furniture layouts.
- Create high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, and presentation visuals.
- Prepare working drawings, GFC drawings, and detailed furniture drawings.
- Develop mood boards, material boards, and design presentations.
- Coordinate with clients to understand design requirements and present concepts.
- Conduct site measurements and site visits when required.
- Coordinate with Production, Estimation, Procurement, and Site Execution teams.
- Ensure design accuracy and timely project delivery.




- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and visualization techniques.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of interior design principles and space planning.
- Excellent 3D visualization and rendering skills.
- Good knowledge of retail fixtures, modular furniture, and commercial interiors.
- Solid attention to detail and creativity.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- SketchUp
- 3ds Max
- V-Ray / Corona Renderer
- Adobe Photoshop
- Lumion (Preferred)
- Revit (Preferred)
- MS Office

Educational Qualification

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in Interior Design and 3D Visualization.
- Experience in Retail, Commercial, Corporate Interiors, Modular Furniture, Display Units, and Fit-Out Projects will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate

- Strong portfolio showcasing interior design and 3D rendering projects.
- Ability to independently handle projects from concept to visualization.
- Good understanding of furniture detailing and production drawings.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
