Position Overview:

As founders office associate at Ghar Mandir, you will play a pivotal role in managing various operational aspects of the business. Working directly with the founders, you will be responsible for overseeing processes, managing vendors, negotiating, and ensuring smooth order management. The ideal candidate will be diligent, proactive, and adept at problem-solving in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Management:

- Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to optimize operational workflows.
- Continuously evaluate existing processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Work cross-functionally with different teams to streamline interdepartmental processes

Order Management:





- Oversee the end-to-end order management process, from order placement to fulfillment and delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory management and timely shipment of orders.
- Resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies in a prompt and professional manner to maintain customer satisfaction

Researcher & Brand Management

- Identify product launch opportunities based on key festivals and events
- Ensure timely updates to the website and brand communication based on the calendar.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams for seamless execution.

Qualifications:

- Strong proficiency in excel is a must
- Inclination towards religious activities/ festivals
