About The Opportunity
A rapid-scaling EdTech innovator powering next-gen learning experiences for global K-12 and higher education institutions, we're building AI-driven platforms that personalize instruction, automate administrative workflows, and unlock student success at scale. Operating across the US, LATAM, and APAC, we're seeking a revenue leader who can architect and execute go-to-market strategy across North American school districts and education tech buyers—with deep familiarity of US education policy, funding cycles, and vendor procurement landscapes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead all revenue generation for the US education market—owning pipeline, conversion, retention, and expansion revenue across school districts, charter networks, and EdTech resellers.
- Define and execute the US GTM strategy: segment buyers, prioritize verticals (e.g., public schools, private schools, EdTech SaaS distributors), and align product/enablement with buyer needs.
- Build and manage a high-performance remote sales team—hire, coach, and scale AE/SDR/AM roles focused on US education buyers working in EST/PST hours.
- Partner with Product and Marketing to position platform offerings (LMS, AI tutoring, assessment analytics) against state mandates,
ESSER/Title IV funding, and IEP/504 compliance requirements.
- Own P&L; for the US business unit: forecast revenue, manage CAC/LTV, and optimize sales ops (CRM, CPQ, forecasting tools) for efficiency and predictability.
- Represent the company at EdTech conferences (ISTE, ASU+GSV, SXSW Edu) and build relationships with state superintendents, curriculum directors, and district procurement officers.
