About the Role

We are looking for a Design Systems Engineer to lead the design system setup for our product. In this role, you will be responsible for turning fragmented UI into a highly scalable visual architecture. You will act as the crucial bridge between design and engineering, ensuring WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility is built-in from the ground up.

Primary Responsibilities

- Verify app performance and stability under heavy loads, and test app behavior across varied dependency environments, software updates, and network conditions..
- Enforce WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA accessibility standards and conduct comprehensive assistive tech testing.
- Integrate third-party libraries/dependencies according to team standards and write modular, maintainable code within the established app architecture.
- Design and execute comprehensive QA test strategies, covering unit, integration, and End-to-End (E2E)



testing.
- Conduct performance profiling to ensure optimal app speed and responsiveness.
- Build, automate, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and manage release cycles.
- Enforce strict Git governance and code quality standards.

- This is NOT an entry-level support or customer-facing role; it requires deep technical expertise in mobile development and CI/CD pipelines.
