Job Description: Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and elevating our visual identity. From high-converting performance marketing creatives to engaging social media content and impactful offline campaign materials, you will define how our brand looks and feels across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

- Brand Identity & Strategy: Develop, define, and evolve the core visual design language of the brand to ensure a cohesive look and feel across all mediums.
- Performance Marketing Creatives: Design high-converting static and motion graphics for digital ads (Meta, Google, Display Ads) tailored to drive engagement and performance.
- Social Media Design:



Conceptualize and design engaging assets for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.), including posts, stories, carousels, and short reels/animations.
- Offline Activations & Campaign Materials: Craft compelling visual assets for offline events, print collateral, packaging, marketing activations, and promotional merchandise.
- Consistency & Quality Control: Maintain brand guidelines and visual consistency across multiple channels, marketing funnels, and customer touchpoints.
- Trend & Innovation Tracking: Stay updated with the latest global design trends, tools, AI workflows, and visual styles to continuously bring fresh ideas to the table.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 2–3 years of professional design experience (Agency or In-House background preferred).
- Location: Gurgaon (WFO)
- Design Expertise: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. Knowledge of basic motion design/editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a big plus.
- Portfolio: A solid, diverse portfolio showcasing brand identity, performance marketing creatives, social media campaigns, and offline print work.
- Core Skills: Solid foundation in typography, visual hierarchy, color theory, grid systems, and layout design.
- Execution & Ownership: Ability to take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery, manage multiple deadlines, and iterate based on feedback and performance data.
