Key Responsibilities

- Lead, guide, and supervise a team of marketing executives by planning daily field activities, setting targets, providing on-ground support, and ensuring consistent performance and discipline.
- Drive individual productivity during the first 3 months with 5 client meetings/presentations per day.
- Visit business owners to onboard and manage client details on the Justdial platform and present services effectively.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable Justdial products while building strong customer relationships and brand presence.
- Post 3 months, manage both individual and team productivity, ensuring overall target achievement.
- Once the team is assigned,



complete 3 client presentations daily as an individual target + team handling

Requirements

Positive communication and selling skills.

Two-wheeler with valid license preferred.

Freshers or experienced can apply.

Basic Android/Mobile app knowledge.
