Responsibilities

Fundraising

- Map the CSR and philanthropic landscape in India and globally.
- Conduct active outreach and meetings to build relationships with potential funders.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive database of CSR opportunities, grants, potential funding opportunities, and related deadlines. Track new opportunities and the status of submitted applications.
- Support the development of pitches, concept notes, proposals, and other documents for tailored fundraising.

Qualifications

- Graduate or post-graduate degree with 3 to 5 years of experience in grant writing and fundraising with Indian and international funders (CSR, international development agencies, foundations, accelerators, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with attention to detail.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to multitask and work efficiently with deadlines.
- Solid relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Culturally aligned, socially inclined, and passionate about the organisation's cause.
