Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Account Manager who can act as the bridge between clients, internal teams, and Helixs lead strategist.

The ideal candidate should have direct experience working with D2C brands in India and should be able to understand client goals from a broader business perspective. This role requires robust communication, persuasive ability, project ownership, team coordination, and a clear understanding of digital marketing and performance marketing execution.

Requirement

- 3 to 5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or project management within a digital marketing or performance marketing agency.
- Prior experience working directly with D2C brands in India is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive communication skills with the ability to manage client expectations.
- Ability to understand business goals, marketing objectives, and performance challenges from a broader strategic viewpoint.
- Experience coordinating with performance marketing, creative, content, website, and strategy teams.




- Prior experience handling or supervising a team of digital marketing or performance marketing associates.
- Hands-on experience or practical understanding of performance marketing campaigns, especially Meta Ads.
- Ability to manage timelines, documentation, follow-ups, reporting, and execution tracking with discipline.
