As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The lead ensures that development practices meet organizational goals, focusing on creating scalable, high-performance solutions. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business priorities is a key aspect, alongside maintaining standards that promote code quality and productive workflows within the team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.

Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation processes.

Experience with cloud-based application development on Microsoft Azure platform.

Prior experience on deploying MuleSoft on AKS

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.

Hands-on experience in version control systems like Git.

- Terraform & ARM templates)

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
