Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Customer Service Executive. The individual will be responsible for managing customer queries, ensuring satisfaction, and providing outstanding service. Core duties include addressing customer concerns, troubleshooting issues, managing customer interactions,



and maintaining a positive customer experience to build long-lasting relationships. The role also involves enhancing service delivery through proactive engagement and communication.
