- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agent Development, Microsoft Copilot Studio, API Management, Agentforce.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, API Management, Agentforce.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize software components for enhanced performance.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and cross-functional system collaboration.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Agent Development.
- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
