Conduct daily field visits to supermarkets, grocery stores, retail shops, gyms, and other potential outlets.

Identify and approach new retailers, distributors, and business customers for product sales.

Introduce and explain the company's products, including millets, pooja items, soaps, and other FMCG/general consumer products.

Pitch products to shop owners, purchase managers, store managers, and other decision-makers.

Generate new leads and convert them into active customers.

Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Generate regular orders from existing and newly acquired outlets.

Develop and maintain solid relationships with retailers and business customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Negotiate pricing, order quantities, and commercial terms within company guidelines.

Follow up with customers for repeat orders and ensure customer retention.

Identify new markets, areas, shops, and business opportunities for expansion.

Monitor competitor products, pricing, offers, and market activity.

Maintain accurate records of daily visits, leads, orders, sales,



and customer information.

Coordinate with the internal team regarding order processing, stock availability, and customer requirements.

Provide regular updates and sales reports to the reporting manager.

Handle customer queries and resolve basic product/order-related issues.

Ensure proper product visibility and availability at assigned outlets wherever applicable.

Travel extensively within the assigned territory for business development and sales activities.
