We are looking for enthusiastic and qualified Science & Mathematics Teachers who can deliver engaging, concept-based and integrated learning experiences to students.

The ideal candidate should be able to connect Science and Mathematics concepts with real-life applications, encourage analytical thinking, and create an interactive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver effective lessons in Science and Mathematics as per the school curriculum.
- Follow an integrated and interdisciplinary teaching approach, connecting concepts across subjects wherever applicable.
- Explain concepts using practical examples, activities, experiments, projects and real-life situations.
- Develop students logical reasoning, problem-solving, analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, question papers and other academic resources.
- Conduct classroom activities, experiments, demonstrations and project-based learning.
- Use appropriate teaching aids, digital tools and technology to make lessons interactive.
- Assess students through classwork, homework, tests, examinations, projects and continuous assessments.
- Monitor students academic progress and provide appropriate feedback and remedial support.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive and inclusive learning setting.
- Identify students who require additional academic support and provide appropriate guidance.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate students progress effectively.
- Maintain academic records, assessment reports and other required documentation.
- Collaborate with other teachers and the academic team for interdisciplinary activities and school projects.




- Participate actively in school events, competitions, exhibitions, workshops and extracurricular activities.
- Stay updated with modern teaching methodologies and curriculum developments.

Integrated Teaching Responsibilities

The teacher should be able to:

- Integrate Mathematics with Science wherever relevant.
- Use STEM-based activities and project-based learning.
- Connect classroom concepts with real-world applications.
- Encourage students to observe, question, experiment, calculate, analyse and find solutions.
- Design activities that combine mathematical reasoning with scientific concepts.
- Promote hands-on and experiential learning.

Example Integrated Activities

- Physics + Mathematics: Motion, speed, distance and graphical representation.
- Chemistry + Mathematics: Measurements, ratios, percentages and data analysis.
- Biology + Mathematics: Charts, statistics, measurements and interpretation of data.
- Environmental Science + Mathematics: Data collection, graphs and analysis of environmental information.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science / Mathematics / relevant subject.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred.
- Relevant school teaching experience preferred.
- Candidates with strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
