PS Collaborations is looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Associate – Telecalling to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to effectively engage with prospective clients, generate leads, and drive site visits and conversions.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and well-spoken Real Estate Sales Associate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate telecalling or sales.

The candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, communicating with prospective clients over the phone, explaining property details, and scheduling site visits or meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate and qualify leads.
- Handle inbound inquiries related to real estate projects and provide accurate information.
- Explain property details, pricing, offers, and project features clearly to potential customers.
- Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain and update call logs, client details, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.
- Follow up consistently with warm and existing leads to move them through the sales funnel.




- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure timely communication with leads.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Telugu and Hindi, with good command of English.
- Pleasant, confident, and persuasive telephone manner.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Excel and CRM software.
- Strong follow-up and lead management skills.
- Target-oriented approach with a focus on conversions.
- Any Graduate preferred.
