Position: Educational Counselor – Study Abroad

Experience: 1–3 Years in Study Abroad / Overseas Education Counseling

Location: Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

About the Role

PS Collaborations is looking for an experienced Educational Counselor with expertise in Study Abroad / Overseas Education, particularly for European countries.

The candidate will be responsible for counseling students who are planning to pursue higher education in Europe and assisting them throughout the university admission process, from initial counseling to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding study-abroad programs, universities, and courses in Europe.
- Understand students academic backgrounds, career goals, and study preferences.
- Guide students on European countries, universities, courses, and suitable study options.
- Explain admission requirements, application procedures, and intake timelines.
- Assist students with university applications and required documentation.
- Provide end-to-end guidance throughout the admission process.
- Follow up with students regarding applications, offers, and admissions.
- Communicate professionally with students and parents.
- Stay updated on European education systems, university requirements, and admission processes.




- Maintain accurate student records and manage prospective student follow-ups.
- Work toward counseling, conversion, and enrollment targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Study Abroad / Overseas Education Counseling.
- Strong knowledge of European education systems and universities.
- Previous experience counseling students for European countries will be highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counseling, convincing, and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to handle students and parents professionally.
- Positive knowledge of university application and documentation procedures.
- Target-oriented approach with a focus on student conversions and enrollments.
