Job Title: Exp US IT Recruiter

Experience : 1– 5Years

Location : Hyderabad

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment for US-based clients and a strong understanding of various IT technologies, visa types, and recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for US IT positions.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting channels.

Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client requirements.

Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical and client interviews.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.

Work closely with account managers and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.

Negotiate compensation and facilitate the offer process.

Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).





Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates to clients.

Stay updated on market trends, technologies, and recruitment best practices.

Required Skills:

1–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.

Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical skill sets.

Experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.

Good knowledge of US work authorizations (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, etc.).

Hands-on experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work in a rapid-paced and target-driven environment.
