Key Responsibilities

- Recruit and onboard new team members/advisors.
- Build, develop, and manage a productive team.
- Guide and support team members in achieving their professional goals.
- Conduct recruitment activities and candidate coordination.
- Train and motivate newly recruited team members.
- Maintain regular communication with the team.
- Assist in business development and customer relationship activities.
- Monitor team performance and provide necessary guidance.
- Develop leadership, communication,



and managerial skills.

Eligibility
