About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive to identify, qualify, and generate high-quality leads for IT products and services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, prospecting, and outreach using modern sales intelligence and networking tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads for IT products and services through various channels.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, and other prospecting tools to identify potential clients.
- Conduct market research and build targeted prospect databases.
- Execute outbound lead generation activities through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels.
- Engage with prospects, understand their requirements, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies.
- Track, monitor, and report lead generation performance metrics.

Mandatory Skills

- 1-4 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or inside sales within the IT industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to identify decision-makers and build a qualified sales pipeline.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced setting.
