We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Technical/Functional professional with strong expertise in Workday HCM design, development, implementation, integrations, reporting, and business process management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Workday HCM solutions.
- Manage functional processes, solution design, and release management.
- Design and implement requirements within the Workday HCM environment.
- Develop, test, validate, and support Workday integrations and reports.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
- Support configuration, security, reporting, integrations, and data-related requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in Workday HCM – Technical/Functional.




- Hands-on experience with:
- Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
- Workday Studio
- Advanced Report Writer
- Cloud Connect – PECI, PICOF, CCW, CCB
- Business Process Framework
- Configurable Security
- Calculated Fields and Custom Fields
- XML/XSLT
- BIRT Reporting
- Workday data analytics
- Robust experience in Workday Integrations and Reporting.
- Good understanding of Workday testing and validation processes.

Experience

- Overall Experience: Around 10 years
- Relevant Experience: 8+ years
- Candidates with strong hands-on Workday HCM Technical/Functional experience are preferred.
