We are looking for an experienced Workday Finance Consultant with strong expertise in Workday Financial Management and hands-on experience in Accounting Center implementations. The ideal candidate should have experience in Workday integrations, reporting, testing, validation, functional process design, and release management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Workday Finance solutions.
- Drive and support Workday Accounting Center implementations.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into effective Workday Finance solutions.
- Develop, maintain, and support Workday integrations.
- Design and develop Workday reports based on business requirements.
- Perform testing, validation, and troubleshooting of Workday Finance solutions.
- Lead and manage functional process design activities.
- Support release management and ensure successful implementation of Workday updates.




- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide guidance and support throughout the Workday Finance implementation lifecycle.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Workday Finance / Workday Financial Management.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Accounting Center.
- Good knowledge of Workday Integrations.
- Experience in Workday Report Development.
- Strong understanding of testing and validation processes.
- Experience in functional process design and release management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience

- Overall Experience: 5–8 years
- Relevant Workday Experience: Around 5 years
