- Develop detailed documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures, and performance metrics.

Requirements

- Possess a minimum of 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in process consulting,



business analysis, or operations management within the Technology sector.

- Demonstrated expertise in process modeling, workflow analysis, and business process reengineering.

- Strong proficiency in utilizing process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

- Proven track record of successfully leading process improvement projects from conception to execution.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications are highly preferred.
