Role Description The Patient Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in South Delhi, responsible for guiding patients through their experience at the clinic. Day-to-day tasks include welcoming patients, managing check-in and check-out processes, and supporting reception desk operations. The role involves handling appointment scheduling, confirming and rescheduling visits, and maintaining accurate patient records. The Patient Coordinator will answer phone and in-person inquiries, provide clear information about services and procedures, and coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.



The role also includes verifying basic details, managing follow-ups, and maintaining a professional, compassionate approach in all patient interactions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Phone Etiquette and effective Communication skills for interacting with patients and staff.
- Candidates should possess experience with Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties in a clinic or similar customer-facing environment.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Medical Terminology to support accurate communication and coordination with clinical teams.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in handling patient records and follow-ups.
- Prior experience in a healthcare, aesthetics, or hospitality setting is beneficial.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and clinic management software is an advantage.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate empathy, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
