Logistics Manager
Location: Myladi, Kottayam (Onsite Required )
Position Type: Full time Permanent role
Budget: Basic Salary + Attractive Bonus

Job Description:

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the sales team and arrange the right truck for the order
•⁠ ⁠Closely work with the pilots in arranging orders.
•⁠ ⁠Ensure every pilot is getting tripped in FIFO order
•⁠ ⁠Understand the pilot’s concerns and find the right solutions for them.
•⁠ ⁠Any concerns which cannot be resolved should be immediately escalated to higher levels at the earliest
•⁠ ⁠Periodically check the status and conditions of the vehicle and its belongings.




•⁠ ⁠Periodically check the habits of pilots in using their vehicles
•⁠ ⁠Daily update the trip, income, expense and weekly settle the pilots accounts in Excel
•⁠ ⁠Prepare a monthly balance of each vehicle.
•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with office sections and the sales team to oversee the stock position of materials and arrange the right truck and vice versa
•⁠ ⁠Ensure all the trucks are running efficiently and under cost control
•⁠ ⁠Daily update the MD the orders being delivered and pending order details with reason.
