Roadsail is a premium travel and lifestyle clothing brand creating apparel inspired by travel and adventure. We're looking for a creative Graphic Designer to create compelling visuals that elevate our brand across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design engaging social media posts, carousels, and promotional creatives.
- Create campaign creatives for digital marketing and paid advertisements.
- Design website banners, landing page assets, and other web materials.
- Develop creatives for product launches, sales, and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and marketing touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
- Deliver high-quality designs within project timelines.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry best practices.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma.
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout,



and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing for social media, digital campaigns, and websites.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work is mandatory.

Selection Process

Candidates will complete a design assessment based on a creative brief. Shortlisted candidates will be evaluated on creativity, design quality, attention to detail, and overall execution. Compensation will be discussed based on the assessment results and experience.
