At Media Atsix, we're looking for a Performance Marketer who loves solving business problems with data, creativity, and strategy!

We work with brands across industries including D2C, fashion, furniture, healthcare, education, toys, and more. As we continue to grow internationally, we're looking for someone who has hands-on experience managing campaigns for clients in Europe and North America.

This isn't a role where you'll simply launch campaigns and send reports. We want someone who enjoys testing ideas, analysing performance, challenging assumptions, and driving measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch and optimise Meta advertising campaigns
- Manage and scale campaigns across multiple client accounts
- Develop testing strategies for creatives, audiences and offers
- Analyse campaign performance and identify growth opportunities
- Prepare client reports with actionable insights
- Work closely with our design and strategy teams
- Contribute to campaign strategy for both Indian and international clients





What We Are Looking For

- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads
- Proven experience running campaigns in Europe and/or North America
- Experience managing eCommerce and/or Lead Generation campaigns
- Solid understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, GA4 and conversion tracking
- Ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Google Ads experience is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Based in Delhi or willing to relocate (this is not a remote role)

Bonus Points If You Have

- Shopify experience
- Experience with GTM and server-side tracking
- Familiarity with Klaviyo or email marketing
- Meta Blueprint certifications
