Responsibilities

Skills and Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HR software and tools, including HRIS systems.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive HR decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage conflicts effectively.
- Experience in talent acquisition and employee development programs.
