Job Description
Hiring an experienced Senior Sales Manager to drive residential real estate sales in Bangalore East.
Responsibilities
- Handle leads, site visits, follow-ups and closures.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Advise customers on residential projects.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with developer and internal sales teams.
- Generate business through references, networking and channel partners.
Requirements
- 1–8 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Solid knowledge of Bangalore East.
- Proven sales and closing track record.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with premium/luxury projects preferred.
