We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Financials (FI) Implementation Consultant to join our team in Gurgaon and Noida. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle Financials modules, with a strong background in end-to-end implementation projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Oracle Financials implementation projects from planning to go-live and support.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients to understand their business processes and needs.
- Design and configure Oracle Financials modules to meet client requirements.
- Develop functional specifications for custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other Oracle modules.
- Identify and resolve issues related to Oracle Financials modules.
- Prepare project documentation, including business process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Financials implementation.
- Proven experience in at least two full lifecycle Oracle Financials implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management).
- Excellent understanding of business processes in finance and accounting.
- Oracle certification in Financials is preferred.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials is a plus.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with clients in various industries.
- Knowledge of integration points with other Oracle modules (Procurement, Order Management).
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Project management experience or certification (PMP, PRINCE2).
