Job Description :We are seeking a highly experienced Director of Data Engineering to spearhead our data initiatives, leveraging their expertise in building scalable data pipelines and managing large-scale data platforms to drive business growth and innovation.Key Responsibilities :- Lead and mentor a team of 20+ data engineers to ensure the successful delivery of data projects- Architect and oversee 45 major data projects, driving innovation and excellence in data engineering- Drive client solutioning, pre-sales, and RFP responses to identify recent business opportunities- Implement robust Data Governance frameworks to ensure data quality and compliance- Spearhead AI/GenAI initiatives within the data ecosystem to drive business innovationRequired Skills :- Deep expertise in building scalable data pipelines and managing large-scale data platforms- Experience with Databricks and Snowflake- Mandatory experience in the Healthcare DomainPreferred Skills :- Experience in leading and mentoring large teams of data engineers- Strong understanding of data governance and compliance frameworks- Experience with AI/GenAI initiatives and their application in the data ecosystem (ref:hirist.tech)
