Job Requirements:
- Experience in domestic & international air ticket booking
- Knowledge of GDS systems like Amadeus.
- Handling flight reservations, cancellations, reissues & refunds
- Positive understanding of fare rules and airline policies
- Coordinate with airlines, clients, and vendors
- Ability to manage customer queries professionally
- Basic knowledge of visa/travel packages is an advantage
- Good communication and computer skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Candidate:
- Graduate or diploma in Travel & Tourism
- Prior experience in a travel agency preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
