Role: Customer Service Associate – International Semi Voice Process
Location: Hyderabad

Eligibility: Freshers & Experienced Candidates

Salary Package

- Freshers: 2.5 LPA
- Experienced: Up to 3. LPA

*Key Responsibilities*

- Handle international customer queries & provide resolutions
- Assist with streaming, account, billing & payment issues
- Troubleshoot device, login & subscription-related concerns
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records

*Work Schedule*

- 5 Days Working
- 2 Rotational Week-Offs
- Rotational Shifts

*Advantages*

- 2-Way Cab Facility – Up to 25 KM Radius
- Travel Allowance up to 3,500 (Based on Distance)
