Role Description The Showroom Sales Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad, responsible for guiding customers through product selection and service options in the showroom. On a day-to-day basis, the specialist greets visitors, understands their car care needs, explains available aftermarket products and detailing services, and provides clear recommendations.
The role includes presenting product features and advantages, preparing quotations, processing orders, coordinating with the service team for bookings, and ensuring a smooth sales and service experience.



The specialist maintains showroom displays, keeps product information up to date, handles basic customer queries and follow-ups, and supports promotional activities to drive sales.
This position requires consistent in-person interaction, professional conduct, and a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications

- Experience working in showrooms or retail environments, with an understanding of product display and customer walk-in handling.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical or service details in clear, simple language.
- Demonstrated customer service and sales skills, with a focus on building rapport, identifying needs, and closing sales ethically.
- Basic understanding of interior design or visual merchandising principles to maintain an appealing and organized showroom layout.
- Knowledge of automotive accessories, detailing services, or car care products is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Hyderabad, including weekends and peak hours as required.
- Comfort with basic computer tools and point-of-sale systems for billing, order entry, and documentation.
- Prior experience in automotive retail, car care, or a related customer-facing role is an advantage;

formal education in business or a relevant field is a plus but not mandatory.
