Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst / Technical Product Owner to join our growing Service Operations team. The role will own and drive the delivery, enhancement, and operational support of a critical Quote to Cash (Q2C) platform within a large-scale enterprise/manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Q2C, ERP/CRM systems, Agile delivery, enterprise integrations, backlog management, and stakeholder management, along with a good understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, SQL, and data technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Own requirements intake, prioritisation, and backlog management for the Q2C platform.
- Manage sprint planning, release planning, testing, deployment, and post-release validation.
- Drive BAU support, incident resolution, and proactive problem management.
- Partner with Sales, Commercial, Operations, IT, architecture, development, and vendor teams.
- Translate business requirements and strategic objectives into clear technical solutions.
- Conduct technical and design review sessions with architecture, development, and vendor teams.
- Drive technical uplift, modernization, performance, security, and integration initiatives.
- Support integrations with enterprise platforms including ERP, CRM,



and Manufacturing Systems.
- Define and monitor KPIs covering system performance, adoption, and user satisfaction.
- Manage external vendors and partners to ensure quality delivery and effective integration.
- Communicate project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies to senior stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Business Analyst, Senior BA, or IT Product Manager.
- Solid experience with Quote to Cash (Q2C) or large-scale transactional systems.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, Web Applications, or enterprise platforms.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, sprint planning, backlog management, and release management.
- Experience managing enterprise-scale system integrations and APIs.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Good understanding of cloud platforms, data technologies, and technical architecture.
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL for data queries and troubleshooting.
- Experience with JIRA, MS Project, Monday.com, or similar project management tools.
- Experience with Power BI and dashboard/reporting is desirable.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is preferred.
- CSPO/PSPO or equivalent Agile/Product Owner certification is highly desirable.
