Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while embracing a cloud-first approach and agile methodologies to address complex business challenges effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience with cloud computing environments and agile development practices.
- Strong understanding of full stack development principles including frontend and backend integration.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with data processing and analytics workflows within cloud platforms.
- Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing system performance.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
