How you'll make an impact
Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and financial plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and validate assumptions.
- Develop dynamic financial models to support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze monthly financial performance against budget, highlighting key variances and trends.
- Prepare and present insightful dashboards and management reports for leadership.
- Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and recommend actionable insights.
- Business Partnering
- Provide financial guidance and support to Operations and Onshore teams for strategic initiatives.
- Support cost optimization and efficiency improvement projects with data-driven recommendations.
- Data Management & Automation
- Leverage tools like Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Access, and ERP systems to automate reporting and streamline processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial systems and reports.
- Ad-hoc Analysis & Strategic Projects
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on business performance, pricing, profitability, and investment opportunities.
- Support M&A; evaluations, business cases, and other strategic finance initiatives as needed.
About you:
Qualifications & Skills:
- CA / CFA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in FP&A;, preferably in IT / ITES setup.
- Robust financial modeling, data analytics, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Power Query, and data visualization tools like Power BI is a must.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
